On March 21, 2025, FIBI – Association For Immigrants, By Immigrants – participated in an event organized by Cáritas to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
The event brought together various organizations, community leaders, and immigrants committed to building a more inclusive and just society. Through dialogue, cultural expression, and shared experiences, participants reflected on the importance fostering unity in diversity.
FIBI contributed by sharing insights from its work supporting immigrant communities across Portugal and emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to challenge racial discrimination in all forms.
This gathering served not only as a celebration of multiculturalism but also as a call to action for continued advocacy, awareness, and meaningful change.
