Who We Are
FIBI - Association For Immigrants, By Immigrants is a non-profit organization established in 2023 with its focus on and dedication to the integration, well-being, and interests of immigrants. It is a community-driven approach, led and designed by immigrants themselves.
FIBI reflects a commitment to addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by immigrants, as well as an acknowledgment of the unique perspectives and experiences that immigrants bring to the table.
Mission
FIBI is dedicated to fostering cultural integration within Portuguese society by embracing and celebrating diversity. We strive to create a supportive community where social and emotional well-being is paramount, fostering the exchange of information and experiences. Our mission extends to empowering immigrants residing in Portugal by assisting in offering language guidance and facilitating educational and professional programs that align with their capacities.
We are committed to raising awareness and delivering resources pertaining to mental well-being, women's health, and overall health. Additionally, FIBI intends to initiate and facilitate academic gatherings, and public community events. Beyond these specified endeavors, we actively engage in any activities that align with the association's objectives, consistently striving to add value while maintaining a lasting impact on our organizational goals.
